I work with clients who may be struggling with pain emotionally and in their relationships. During our initial sessions, we will identify your most important issues and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them. Many of my clients feel better able to cope within a few sessions, and experience sustained improvement in their mental/emotional lives and relationships thereafter.

Being a teenager can be rough. The pressures of academic commitments, building relationships, and balancing independence and responsibilities can cause teenagers to experience high levels of stress. 
 
I'll help teens find ways to manage & cope with:

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy provides a supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences, gain insights from others, develop social skills, and reduce feelings of isolation. It can be particularly helpful for those with social anxiety, relationship difficulties, or who feel alone in their struggles
