START TRAINING FOR THE LIFE YOU WANT.

DBT Skills Training Groups in Tulsa

Most people struggle not because they are "broken," but because they lack the specific psychological tools to handle high-stress situations. DBT Skills groups are structured, evidence-based modules designed to give you the skillset for getting in control of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as improving your relationships in a fraction of the time compared to traditional talk therapy.

When Insight isn't Enough

You may have spent years trying to understand why you feel the way you do, think the way that you do, or behave the way that you do - despite wanting to do things differently. But understanding a fire doesn't put it out. To change your life, you need skills.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Feeling at the mercy of intense, loud emotions.

  • Getting stuck in "fight or flight" mode during minor conflicts.

  • Losing self-respect by saying "yes" when you mean "no."

  • Experiencing the same relationship problems over and over.

Real Tools. Real Results.

"I can now manage my symptoms better with skills and I'm not used to that! I'll get in my head and begin to spiral, but I try and use skills and they actually help. I'm used to chaos but now I'm using skills and regulating myself."

"This group has helped me to set boundaries and say NO!"

"This group helped me to develop so many skills and to grow significantly."

"Group was the best thing to happen to me at a time I needed it most."

Why Group Skills Training?

Skills training is the accelerator for your skills journey.

  • Skill Generalization: You learn from others’ examples, helping the skills "stick" in a way that traditional talk therapy can't replicate.

  • The Shared Experience: You realize you aren't the only one whose brain, thoughts, and emotions work this way. When we just can't seem to change the behaviors we want to, hearing "me too" makes us feel less like a failure and more hopeful for a different outcome this time.

  • Focused Curriculum: Unlike individual therapy where the "crisis of the week" can derail progress, groups stay focused on the manual.

Group training works best when paired with individual sessions, but can be taken as a standalone "masterclass" for those who have completed individual work.

Secure Your Spot in the Next Cohort

To maintain a high-quality learning environment and ensure every member receives individual attention, groups are capped at just 8 participants.
