You Want to Sit in the Room with Clients. Not Manage Algorithms.
Let’s be honest about where most private practice therapists find themselves:
-
Psychology Today referrals are dipping across the board, leaving you checking your email between sessions wondering where the inquiries went.
-
Everyone on social media tells you to "niche down," but nobody shows you how to do it safely. You’re terrified that narrowing your focus will close doors and leave your calendar emptier than it already is.
-
You were taught to write formal, clinical bios. But to a person in pain at 3:00 AM scrolling on a therapist directory, terms like "integrative person-centered approach" sound like a textbook, not a life raft.
-
You know you're great at the clinical work, but you wish the right clients would just appear in your inbox without you having to feel like a sleazy salesperson.
You don't need to go back to school to learn marketing. You just need a system built by someone who speaks both clinical and business fluently.
I’m a Licensed Therapist. I Also Have an MBA.
I know what it’s like to sit in the chair, navigate secondary trauma, and deeply care for clients. But I also know how business and consumer psychology work.
When I applied proven marketing formulas to my own Psychology Today profile, my practice transformed. I went from 1 inquiry a month to 4–5 inquiries a week—mostly with clients who were a perfect fit for my specialty and values. I started spending a lot less time looking for clients and a lot more time in the therapy chair - until I actually put myself on a waitlist!
Now, I offer that same framework to colleagues. I take the heavy lifting of practice marketing off your plate so you can get back to what you do best: being a healer.

The Traditional Profile
"Hi, welcome! My name is..." Wastes valuable directory space on facts already in your title.
Shows an alphabet-soup list of acronyms (CBT, DBT, IFS) that your clients don't understand.
Dry list of fees and insurance providers.
Tries to speak to to everyone, resonating deeply with no one.
Your Optimized Profile
Names their exact pain point straight from the directory list page so they feel instantly understood and connect with you over other general profiles.
Conveys how your expertise in your modalities will work to make real change in their lives and their pain.

Your practice is positioned as the therapeutic solution for your ideal client's exact struggle.
How this looks in real life: My optimized profile has a conversion rate more than five times the average rate on Psychology Today.
Frequently Asked Questions
Won't narrowing my niche cost me potential clients?
While it might sound counterintuitive at first, trying to identify with every potential new client ("Hi! I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, adults, children, every stage of life, etc. etc...") usually results in actually identifying with nobody. After all, every other profile says the exact same thing. When a client in pain browses a directory, generalist profiles blend together in a sea of blazers and "live laugh love" dialogue. When they find a profile that speaks their exact internal monologue ("That's exactly how I feel!"), then cost and location become secondary to the thought, I hope they have room in their caseload for me! Optimization doesn't shrink your practice—it makes you magnetic to the right people.
I take insurance. Does this optimization still work for me?
Choosing to taking insurance may remove financial barriers to potential clients, but clients still have to choose which of many, many in-network providers to email. An optimized profile ensures that out of the hundreds of panelled therapists in your state, your ideal client reaches out to you first.
How long does the process take?
Once you submit your completed Niche Diagnostic, we'll schedule a quick call to make sure the vision you're casting is the vision I'm picking up. After that, your customized Strategic Audit Report and fully optimized profile copy will be delivered to your inbox within 2 business days.
Is this just fill-in-the-blank template?
No. Every optimization is personally reviewed and written by me using a blend of clinical insight and marketing strategy tailored specifically to your unique story, experience, and practice goals.
Real Therapists.
Real Results.
"I actually deactivated my profile because I stopped getting hits and
the thought of doing it was too overwhelming. New profile was
up for ONE DAY and got a hit!"
"I’ve had literally like 10 new inquiries in the last two weeks."
"I kid you not, I had four calls from PT TODAY ALONE."
After optimizing my own profile, my inbox began filling with intro lines like these over and over:
"Hi Elaine! Everything in your profile spoke to me..."
Testimonials and case studies show exceptional results that may not apply to every therapist. There is no guarantee of a specific number of new clients, revenue increase, or practice growth.
