When you invest in specialized care at Whole Life Counseling, you aren't just getting 50 minutes of a therapist's head nods and note-taking. You are acquiring:

  • Reduced Time-to-Relief: We focus on active change. My goal isn't to keep you in therapy forever; it’s to give you the tools to leave my office and become your own therapist.

The Financial Investment

The cost for standard sessions is $175.

Maximizing Your Benefits

I HANDLE THE PAPERWORK.

Your energy should go toward making progress, not fighting with insurance companies.

If you have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits I will file your claims for you to remove the burden of insurance. The services I use help you get your reimbursement back as quickly as possible, typically covering up to 80% ($140) of your session cost.

  • Automatic Filing: I submit your claims for you after the session.

  • No Superbills: You don’t have to track down paperwork or call your insurance provider.

  • Faster Reimbursement: The systems I use ensure your claims are processed correctly so you get your money back as quickly as possible.​

Note: Final reimbursement is determined by the insurance carrier after claims are submitted.

  • Aetna

Note: Coverage varies by plan. Confirming insurance benefits before the first session is the responsibility of the client.

Limited Availability

Because of the intensive, specialized nature of DBT and trauma work, I maintain a limited caseload to ensure every client receives high-level, dedicated care.
