Distress Tolerance:

The Crisis Survival Module

Learn how to survive an emotional 11/10 without making the situation worse.

When you’re in a crisis, your logical brain goes offline. You can't think, you don't need to process about why you're upset—you need to know how to take back control of your thoughts and emotions before you act in a way you regret. This isn't a support group; it’s a high-intensity toolkit for emotional survival.

The Crisis Survival Manual

No matter where you're at in life, there will always be situations that are outside of your control. Whether the pain is big or small, your tolerance determines how well you can manage the situation. Distress tolerance skills help you to be well-equipped whenever these painful moments come.

In 8 weeks, you will master the specific skills required to navigate life's hardest moments, including:

  • The STOP Skill: Your physical "emergency brake" for panic and rage.

  • The TIPP Skill: Manually signal your brain to stand down. By changing your body chemistry, you change your emotional capacity.

  • Radical Acceptance: How to stop wasting energy fighting reality so you can actually start changing it.

  • Self-Soothing: Using your environment to ground your nervous system instantly.

  • IMPROVE the Moment: Micro-skills to make a miserable situation more tolerable.

  • Wise Mind ACCEPTS: Reduce your distress by reducing your contact with the triggers that cause you distress.
